Hi friends!
My name is Katy and this site is where I share what inspires me. I love to make all sorts of things. My love of making things with my hands has motivated me for as long as I can remember.
As a child, I began with art and crafts. If I didn’t have a creative outlet, I would start to get antsy. One of my favorite places as a young adult became the art studio. Eventually my passion brought me into the classroom where I am an art teacher, mostly of young children.
My love for cooking began when I realized eating out frequently was not something I could afford, so I began to teach myself how to cook. I love cooking, maybe it’s the Italian in me, but I also love feeding people. Eventually, cooking lead to gardening and that’s become a great joy in my life.
I am always looking for inspiration and want to share what I find here. I hope you find something that motivates and inspires you.
